Family Session Fee  $175

The session fee covers all pre-session consultations, 1 hour session, up to 5 people and travel to and from your session. It also covers all editing work done after the session is complete and hosting of your online gallery for 10 days.

The session fee is due at the time of booking to secure your date. Please note that the session fee does not include prints or digital images but the time and talent of the photographer and post processing, which includes editing your images and preparing your gallery. Prints and all products are sold separately.

 

Newborns Session Fee  $200

The session fee covers all pre-session consultations, 2-3 hour session in natural light studio with use of props. Prints and CD options are sold separately.  Your due date works as a tentative date, we will confirm a session date once baby has arrived or when doctor has scheduled the exact date for c-section.  

The best time to complete a newborn session is between 5-12 days depending on the size of the baby.  If the baby weighs 7-10 lbs then I recommend scheduling sooner than later.  If the baby is under 7 lbs we have more flexibility.  

A private, online proofing gallery will be available for viewing within 3 weeks of your session. We encourage you to share your images with family and friends. Your gallery will include the best images from your session that are fully edited. The gallery is active for 10 days.  If you need longer than 10 days to view your images, a republishing fee of $25 can be paid to keep them up another 7 days.

 

Maternity and Newborn package $275

Session package covers all pre-session consultations, 2 sessions and use of props.  It also covers all editing work done after the session is complete and hosting of your online gallery for 10 days.

POLICIES

Session fees, including travel fees and additional person charges, are due upon booking your session. Once a session is scheduled NO REFUNDS will be made for cancellations, but Creative Photo Clicks will work with you to reschedule if absolutely necessary. Any weather related cancellations would be automatically re-booked.

Creative Photo Clicks accepts payment by Cash, Check, Zelle, Venmo or PayPal. There is a $30 fee for returned checks.
